SHARI J. COHEN, principal, has been helping leaders solve problems more effectively for ten years. She brings the depth of a political sociologist, the breadth of a scenario planner, and the insight of a coach and a teacher to her work with individuals and organizations. She has worked with leaders in international development, health, philanthropy, advocacy, market research, technology, and publishing. Organizational clients include the World Bank, Charney Research, Demos, SHARE, and the Carnegie Corporation.

Shari has a certificate in executive and organizational coaching from NYU and has been trained in scenario planning and in conflict resolution. Her Ph.D. is from University of California, Berkeley and she has taught international relations there and at Wellesley College. Shari’s book, Politics Without a Past, is about leadership and change in post communist Eastern Europe. Certified to deliver the DISC communications assessment, Shari is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation.
